Soheil is a seasoned executive with a diverse background of business and financial experience and a track record of success. Soheil is responsible for coordination of due diligence and feasibility assessment of equity investments.

Prior to founding OKZ Holdings LLC, from 2000 through 2010 Soheil was the CEO of MultiTrans AG, an international forwarding and logistic group based out of Bavaria/Germany.  Soheil’s experience in the logistic industry began in France, in 1997. The journey continued through Germany and Switzerland. Since 2010, Soheil has been acting as a board member at MultiTrans AG and has had a direct involvement in the management and expansion of the group throughout the US, Middle East and Central Asia.

Soheil holds a BA from the University of Maryland, Major in Political Science / Minor in Business Administration, and is fluent in 5 languages.
